Welcome to the Inland Empire Master Gardeners' Club

The mission of the Inland Empire Master Gardener club (IEMG) is to increase the knowledge of scientifically-based horticulture among its members and to bring it to Inland Empire communities.  The members fulfill this mission by volunteering skills, time, and talents in community-based horticulture projects to educate the general public about plants, plant-life, conservation, pests and related topics in southern California. The Inland Empire Master Gardener Club is a non-profit organization. Tax-deductible donations for raffles and door prizes in the form of plants, bulbs, seeds, garden art, gift certificates and cash are welcome and accepted.  Address/mail to ... IEMG presents free horticulture programs every month that are open to the public. Monthly programs are held every third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Rialto Senior Center, 1411 South Riverside Avenue, Rialto, California.     [Location]

The 19-week UCCE San Bernardino County Master Gardener class will be conducted at the Loma Linda University, East Campus, beginning from September 2008 until February 2009.  If you are interested in becoming a Master Gardener, contact Jackie Brooks at jacbrooks@ucdavis.eduor phone the UCCE office 909.387.2171 for an application.  Completed applications are due on or before August 1, 2008.
